What is your “one more” that leaves you frazzled, running late, and squeezing one too many things into your day?
When I first started working with Shannon I had set myself up with some really unrealistic goals and (not surprisingly) continued to fail at achieving them. I was stuck, frustrated and beating myself up on top of it. Armed with kindness, a multitude of resources and her vibrant spirit, Shannon was a brilliant light of inspiration. She provided the accountability and support I needed while also being open to the spiritual journey that we inevitably embark upon when truly working on ourselves. We may not always anticipate what is to come, but when we make a commitment to change, our body, mind and spirit do just that. In my experience these changes will ebb and flow, some weeks are amazing and others are incredibly challenging. During our weekly calls Shannon was gracious and reassuring. We rode those waves together, celebrated victories and honored the challenges that arose. She was able to help me gain clarity not only about habits I’ve held tight to for years, but also surrounding the old stories that no longer served me. Through this journey I have found a friend, a sister, and a fellow priestess that seeks to help all those who reach out. Thank you for all that you do, Shannon!
There are just a few women who have flipped my life upside down in the last 365 days and Shannon Nickerson is one of them. Shannon has helped me lose ten pounds, show off a nice new flat stomach on the beach this summer and stop the constant stomach aches that even the doctors were scratching their heads about. She’s literally a life changer from the inside out! 🙂
When I heard about Shannon’s fall detox, I thought what a great way to help myself through the holiday season without continuing my downward spiral with food lately. I was needing a way to help me slay my sugar dragon that had crept its way back into my life. Shannon’s program helped me clear my mind, clean up my body and get me ready to tackle the holiday season. Her daily support through calls and our Facebook group was wonderful. A good group of us got to help each other get through the tough days and celebrate our wins together. I highly recommend Shannon’s detox program to anyone looking for help with their food struggles or just a way to help you feel better about yourself. Food is our fuel – we just sometimes need that reminder that what goes in effects the way we feel, function and move through life. Thanks for helping me get back to my roots!
Shannon I am SO glad you did this at this time, it was exactly what I needed to do to get ready for the holidays. I lost 7 pounds in the spring detox and have kept it off which I am thrilled about, but I wanted to get my cravings back in control before the holidays hit. This time around it was so much easier to do the detox, I almost thought I was doing it wrong! I could continue with my workouts, I had plenty of energy, and I am back in charge of my cravings, which made me happy. Thanks Shannon
I can’t think of anything more I would recommend than working with you to lose weight, you changed my world
and I don’t want it to end and would love to do something more. This is the best thing I have ever done…I have lost almost 20 lbs!
“I am doing well. Still trying to eat as “clean” as possible with one splurge day a week.…I’m down about 10 pounds in two weeks and have more energy. This was just the jumpstart I needed to get back into healthier eating.
The winter detox was really amazing. It helped me to focus and to finally get off of the gluten, dairy and sugar. I feel amazing. My brain fog has vastly improved, energy levels are up and more even, and the rash/irritation that I have had on my upper arms for years is improving. Thank you Shannon for putting together this wonderful program. It is packed with so much great information and recipes that I will continue to use on this wonderful path. Really looking forward to your spring cleanse. Thank you.
I did the Winter Detox program (and the Clean Eating program) with Shannon and had amazing results! I was able to walk away from massive sugar cravings as well as from fast food. I was a pretty hard core sugar addict and a pretty good “junk-food junkie”, so that was amazing. I lost a total of an inch from my waist and went down a bra size too! My energy went up and my depression went down. I began to learn what foods created havoc on my body as well as my mind. She helped me figure out strategies for cravings and the sweet treat recipes were awesome! I found more respect and love for myself through the process of detoxing. I know that with all the tools she offers, I will stay this course. Thank you Shannon for such a wonderful life-saving (for me) program!
I learned SO much from Shannon during the Spring Detox—about my body, about how to eat to feel my best, and most importantly, that I can eat healthy, delicious food and still be satisfied. No more foods that make me feel tired and bloated. And Shannon is so smart! I’ve learned more from her in 2 weeks about eating well to feel better and be my ideal weight than I have in years of dieting.

Meeting with Shannon is always a joy! She is incredibly thorough in her work, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and passion for helping others to be well. The scope of the Infinity system and the amount of information that can be obtained in just one session is quite impressive. I left our session feeling inspired to take better care of myself, and noticed an improvement in my mood afterwards. Shannon is a gifted coach, offering new insights, wisdom, and support on one’s journey to better health.
I’ve completely kicked my 28-year caffeine habit thanks to a delicious herbal tea substitute which Shannon introduced me to, I love it even MORE than coffee (can’t believe I’d ever say that) because of how GOOD it makes me feel! 2) Nut butters are a sticking point for me, I’ve learned how to cut back & not feel cheated or unsatisfied, 3) I had a major emotional meltdown mid-way thru Phase 2, immediately following a therapeutic massage. Clearly I needed to let some things go & still do. Thankful for that difficult but necessary experience. I felt so much lighter & mentally liberated afterward. And finally, I’ve got more great recipes in my kitchen & the motivation to really take charge of what I’m putting into my body. Thanks for all of it, Shannon!
