Week 1 is all about a 30 Day No Sugar Challenge, which takes you out of the cycle of food cravings and sugar addiction fast. You will set your environment up for success and learn how to deal with an unsupportive partner.
In week 2 you will learn how to tap into your inner resources. You’ll tap into your inner warrior, create a no thank you phrase, and create an emergency mantra. These are designed to empower you to move away from the belief that you can’t, to a place where you know you can.
In week 3 you will discover how you use food to meet your emotional needs and find more fulfilling ways to meet those needs. This is where you begin to separate emotional hunger from physical hunger.
In week 4 you will separate physical hunger and emotional hunger even further by learning how to eat intuitively. You will discover your hunger signal, your satiation signal and how to enjoy food without guilt or shame.
In week 5 the 30-Day No Sugar Challenge ends and I guide you into the Good Decisions Lifestyle Guidelines. Because life is too short not to eat chocolate. 😉 I’ll show you how to tell which foods you’re sensitive to and how to move into the maintenance phase.
Week 6 is all about how to deal with the things that may get in the way of your long-term success. You will learn how to deal with your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.
Week 7 reinforces maintenance and you will get a glimpse of who you are beyond your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. From this place of wholeness you no longer need to feed soothe or avoid anything and become Finally Free and at peace with food and your body.
After the workshop you will have the option to work with me one-on-one or continue with the workshops, but instead of meeting on a weekly basis we meet monthly. This allows me to be your guide through your entire journey.

I am a mountain lover, wellness advocate, and soul-driven health coach. I help men and women learn how to identify which foods are fueling their bodies and which foods are causing inflammation, stress, and possibly dis-ease. I provide them with the tools to understand what foods and lifestyle habits work for their unique body so it is easier to make healthy choices last without feeling deprived. I have been in the wellness industry for over 17 years. I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, am a board-certified Stress Management Technician, and a certified yoga teacher. I also lead monthly events and workshops as a way to help the community get educated and take charge of their health.

Q: Will I be hungry all the time?
Not at all! There are over 30 recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is room for snacks in between. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs. You will feel satisfied with every bite.
Q: Are there any dangers of removing sugar from the diet?
Sugar is not a nutritional requirement. In fact, it robs the body of nutrients. There are no known dangers caused by not consuming sugar (hint: it’s how humans lived for thousands of years).
Q: Do I have to take any additional supplements or pills?
Not in this program! We are going to eat whole heathy foods.
Q: Can I do this program if I’m pregnant or nursing?

Q: How will I feel during the program?
You are going to feel so healthy and energized it will amaze you! In the beginning, your body may go through a “healing phase” to re-balance and let go of toxicity. It is important to listen to your body through this program, and I will be here to support you with that. I will guide you step by step through exactly what can be done to reduce any unwanted symptoms that may appear. Q: I already eat super clean, can I still benefit from this?
Many people who eat very clean already still have room to empty out the pipes with an elimination diet and take their healthy habits to the next level. Changing up the foods we eat gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.
Q: I have a medical condition, is it still safe for me to do this program?
While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your physician before beginning this or any program.
